Out and Out, an outdoor recreational group, faced a significant decline in membership during the COVID-19 years. To revitalize their community and attract new members, I collaborated closely with the vice president of the club to develop a range of items for outdoor activation events. Recognizing the importance of reinvigorating the existing members’ connection to the club, we opted for a strategic rebranding, transitioning from the old, multicolored branding to a fresh design predominantly featuring white with a corner lockup. The impact of this marketing campaign was remarkable, with one of their signature events experiencing the highest level of new attendees, signaling a successful resurgence in membership engagement and growth.
