The primary aim of this project was to provide Stephenson Engineering staff with seamless access to company information and a technical database, ensuring that key technical details and projects were retained. Tasked with developing a staff portal, the design objective centered on offering direct links to the most relevant information for the 95-person team, regardless of their location. The solution involved creating a dynamic platform, SEEN, featuring a stream of client-specific news, new technology insights, and engaging staff events and photos. Notably, the branding incorporated characters formed from the letter ‘E,’ with one representing technical and corporate aspects, while the other conveyed social events and lighthearted news. Since its launch, SEEN has empowered staff to share ideas, stories, and stay informed about industry news, maintaining a harmonious balance between social and company-centric updates to keep the team engaged.
