For this project, I commenced with a simplified shape symbolizing a person beyond the confines of gender, evolving into an illustration that celebrated diversity across cultures, creeds, sexual orientations, and genders. The featured illustration aimed to accentuate the varying perspectives two individuals could have on a single letter. The designed items encompassed a logo, illustration, website, and a tradeshow display. The primary objective revolved around creating a brand and sales tools for Finan Diversity, a company conducting sensitivity training throughout North America, that resonated with a corporate vibe. Recognizing the importance of showcasing both unique differences and commonalities among groups of people, the brand focused on inclusivity. As a result, The Finan Group successfully expanded its client base, with corporations appreciating an agency that shared a relative perspective.
